Fourth of July entertainment at Civic Center Park. Bring those folding chairs, blankets and coolers to relax and chill out while taking in the colorful display that lights the sky. The patriotic festivities begin with the National Anthem at 7 pm, followed by the Swing Cats Big Band at 7:30 PM. The magnificent fireworks display starts at 9 PM. Flashlights are recommended for safety upon leaving the premises. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. This event is sponsored by the city of Palm Desert.
